COVID-19 Statement

We are taking robust measures to ensure that the wellbeing of our employees and customers is of paramount importance during the global outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID- 19).

We are closely monitoring the official advice given by both the World Health Organization, CDC and the guidelines from our Local Government on the steps we are undertaking. We are vigilant in ensuring all of our staff have been fully briefed and are constantly updated on the ongoing situation.

We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times and in response to the Coronavirus, and have implemented the following in our dining room in addition to all safety procedures currently in place for our take-out service.

DINE-IN SERVICE

  • Outdoor seating is available.

  • All of our high volume guest touch point areas including door handles, tables, chairs, cashier area, food pick up area are sanitized hourly

  • Continuing wellness checks of all staff members before each shift, including temperature checks with a thermometer.

  • Providing all staff in our dining rooms and kitchens with personal protective equipment, including masks and gloves.

  • Reinforcing staff handwashing routinely.

  • All of our high volume guest touch point areas including door handles, tables, chairs, cashier area, food pick up area are sanitized hourly

  • All menus and credit card machines are sanitized after each use.

  • We deep cleaned nightly and make we make sure to thoroughly sanitized all equipment and dinning area supplies.

  • We have increased the numbers of antibacterial hand sanitisers available inside and outside the restaurant.

  • Providing a QR code for guests to scan to access a digital menu on their mobile device should they prefer not to use one of our sanitized menus.

  • Allowing for contactless mobile payment at the table with the guest’s personal device

  • Providing takeout containers for guests who prefer to wrap their own leftovers

Helpful hints to minimize contact:

  • Order online and pay ahead (saves you time and significantly minimizes contact)

  • Select our “Curbside Order Option” when ordering online or tell us when phoning in your order; you don’t even have to get out your car.
